God love you if you are hearing impaired or struggle with a vulnerability in accessing services as someone else might, as you have to call to unlock the app after a failed attempt, don’t bother emailing because they ask you to call and will do the same when you use the help service in 365. Impossible app at times to deal with, it’s laggy, clunky and difficult to navigate. My issue today was wanting to add a my booking current account to my revout add money feature and of course I don’t have my physical card with me because I tap everything and there’s no was to see your card long number or cvv on the app so basically had to withdraw KBC savings and take from that account because of course everything works so smoothly there. I’m gutted KBC is leaving because they do both so brilliantly! As does the customer service(friendly but useless). Just got a push notification asking for feedback and it led me here. The previous App was so much faster and you could see everything in one go. It is just a nonsense design, and the excessive need to scroll is across the whole app. It is the whole reason for this screen – to see my accounts, and I can’t without scrolling. I have 4 accounts but can only see one of them. Over half of the screen’s height is taken up by the banner, a sub-header which has the last time I logged in (why would I care), a huge display about supporting apple pay (that has nothing to do with my accounts, I couldn’t care less about the topic, and it can’t be removed), and then eventually the bottom section of the screen shows the accounts list. Just to limit my feedback, solely concentrate on the main landing screen which shows your accounts. It is like no-one ever actually ran it and tried to use it. TWO – the UI design is appalling from a content display perspective. Progress bars and blank screens all over the place. I could list loads, but just to concentrate on the main two.

I applaud the attempt to keep the App up to date and provide further services, but there are some serious annoyances and flaws in the new app. Not registered yet for 365 online?
